Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. I am a new associate currently watching a named partner “quiet fire” but not so quiet a paralegal. He has been really nasty to her, demoralizing, degrading and any other word that fits. And I’m struggling to not speak up because I feel so conflicted. I don’t want to make things worse for her but do want him to know I see how he’s treating her.

I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
