Like it’s been a week or so from the last email I received asking my expected ctc and current ctc and notice period and my documents related to current org’s OL, Salary Slip etc.? It’s my first switch and I don’t have any idea what’s the next step and how long does it take ?

Working remotely for a tech co and still can't get over how much more time I get to spend with my kids. To be honest, this alone is worth so much more than money can buy. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
