Currently have 2 offers on hand, coming from a big 4 advisory. Which one would be better for longer term growth in both skill set and salary? Goal is to go to industry in corp dev or M&A integration in 3-4 years or M7 MBA, but nothing set in stone.

We are paying 2k per person (including parking and utilities) on Rainey St for a 2 bedroom. It was hard to stay under 2k for something downtown.

Might be tough unless you have 1-2 roommates
Maybe a studio but very rare for newer apartments on that price . Only places in that range would be older buildings like ones on Enfield , or riverside .
Go further out and you may be able to find something.
My last discussions with my property manager apartments are going up 25-60% up across most of Austin unless they have full occupancy issues 🤷🏻♂️
