What is the process after accepting the offer letter. Do we get any pre on-boarding emails.

I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. Does anyone have any recommendation on companies to apply to and a range that is suitable with that certification? So far I have applied to the the big four consulting firms and Fintech companies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

I work at a ‘free market’ firm and have developed a very good reputation among partners. Naturally, they are drowning me in work. Each time a new case comes up, the partner will email asking if I have “time and interest” in helping. When I’m at capacity, I take these words at face value and explain why I can’t do it, and that seems to work out ok with no hard feelings. But what’s the “interest” thing? I asked for a counter offer at Tiger and they say pls join the other company ..... even if u join Tiger your doj will be pushed by a month.

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
