I got an offer for 14LPA (yoe 3.9)in Bosch. And the level is 51.

Can someone tell me if the level 51 is okay for 4yoe , or should I ask for level 52?

My company got bought out but kept most of the sales team on. Everything was pretty much the same for the first few months, but recently I've been seeing a shift in my responsibilities-doing customer service tasks and lots of little extras.
