FAANG ranking: Google, Netflix, Facebook, Apple, Amazon. Is this correct?

What skills needed for data engineer role in FAANG companies?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Could anyone give suggestions on how to prepare resume to get shortlisted for FAANG companies?

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Upon reading the job description, it’s clear I will be doing a lot of sales and client consulting over actually coding. I know they have a FE SWE role open.
