I resigned 3 months ago at Infosys and joined Accenture. If I want to join back to Infosys now can I apply?

Is there any minimum time to stay for rejoining?

One year in NYC—24, enjoyed myself, but no deep connections with new friends/partners. Came to hopefully open the door on a variety of opportunities, but something tells me that spending another year here will not help that. Infosys offered 22LPA (15% variable) + 1.25L joining bonus.
HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
Please suggest which one would be good from your experience and let me know to get better offer.
