I was in usa for about 4 years from 2014-2018 so still 2 years reaming my h1b. My last stamping expired in Jan 2018 is it possible to renew my h1b? I have b1 visa as well can I travel and then initiate transfer and start working on receipt will that be ok?

I am currently working in tcs for 4.5 lakhs salary with NSA of 96000, I am currently taking interviews for SRE role for Infosys, Wipro and Deloitte.
Deloitte-Managerial round is completed and Infosys- they are asking for documents after 1st round.
