Current CTC: 13 LPA(11 Fixed + 2 VP)
1.      Mphasis-MSBI Developer-19LPA (18Fixed+1VP)
2.      ADP -SQL Developer-21.5LPA (19Fixed+1.5VP)
3.      Concentrix Innovation Lab- SQL Developer-21.5LPA (19Fixed+1.5VP)
4.      HTC Global Services -SQL Developer-21.5LPA (19Fixed+1.5VP)

Can you please guide me with which offer to choose between these 4 and why? It is really help to me
