When will google hiring resume?

I was interviewed for Angular. In JD it was mentioned Angular + Node.
I was told it's a second shift project, with MEAN technology stack.
Client is AT&T.
Anyone having idea about this?

Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Any from Google Cloud looking for Customer Engineers? I passed my onsite, but currently recruiter mentioned there is not headcount to fit me in. Happy to be squeezed in anywhere at this point.
