They’re excited about their new gig. Don’t rain on their parade.
I mean that’s what they are?
They need a feel good moment to show off to friends/family. It’s like an engagement ring and is supposed to show they are off the market (unless something amazing comes through just like in an engagement)

Twerker is maybe not the best title for LinkedIn but to each their own
Mixed feelings - if you’re a student and got an offer for the upcoming summer/fall, just make a post about your excitement if you need to and be done with it. When you graduate and you have that window between school and work, I think it’s totally appropriate to put “incoming x at y.” Personally think it’s a little braggy to have the “incoming” title from the moment you get the offer to the time you start your job.
They’ll soon be broken so let them have the simple joy of putting that on their profile
