What is your role in the mental health care system?

Just got promoted to M but in process of interviewing for industry side (servicenow). Has anyone left as a b4 manager to a non-people managing role in industry? Such as an Engineer (is that equivalent to M?) I know it’s more of a ‘what I want & see my career in 5 years’ type of choice at this point but wondering if anyone has a similar story and can share your experience/thoughts.

I'm wanting to advance to a lead/supervisor position but I keep being turned down because I don't have enough supervisory experience. I have 5+ years in medical coding, 3 in medical records and 10 in accounting. I've mostly worked in smaller facilities where I've taken on numerous roles under one title. How am I supposed to gain supervisory experience if no one will give me a chance?

What’s a better career move- exit to a small biotech, that’s not in my list of Tier A companies, in a Director level position for a year and then move or stay on in consulting as a senior Consultant/ manager and continue looking? Phrased another way- is 12mo experience in industry going to be valued more when trying to land a job at one some of the most innovative biotechs out there?

I have got offer from wipro ...I have been selected in bulk hiring..... And HR said that you will be on bench for 2 weeks and then you will be given option to select project. Hi all , need a suggestion. I am currently getting an offer of 40 lpa in India with one of the FAANG companies . The role is not in a fancy team and is okayish. Starting my first IVF and have so many insurance questions that I’m struggling to get answered. I have coverage through Deloitte (Aetna, $25K lifetime cap). So far I have had 3 IUIs but when I called Aetna to see how much of the $25K I’ve used they said I had only used $400 and had claims from my first to IUI sessions. Can this be true? Is the negotiated rate between my provider and insurance really that low? Anyone at Deloitte have experience with this?

I have 9yoe and I interviewed for Associate Principal and the interviews all went well. But after last round I was offered Senior Staff based on which the salary bracket also decreased by 2L. I also noticed the same with 2 other friends. They interviewed for higher position and were offered 1 lower. Is it a tact that they pull on candidates? And is Sr. Staff good enough for my yoe? And are people offered Associate Principal at this yoe?

I find my mind is always consumed with work - day, night, weekends, watching tv, eating dinner, hanging with my partner and/or friends, etc. Any tips on “switching off” and being more “present” when not physically working?

Ladies I need some advice: Long-ish story short, I have two women in my life who at different points I was good friends with, but now feel excluded by - and I’m really not sure what to do On one hand - I acknowledge that all friendships aren’t meant to last forever, and that realistically who these women are now doesn’t align with the type of people I’d want to have as a close friend.
