Im yet to receive an offer from poland offer would be 22pln gross my Indian CTC is 17lpa base pay.could you suggest me poland will be good option to choose if so how much can I save in poland .i will be moving with my wife and a kid .my wife will also look for job not immediately.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
