I have an interview coming up with the hiring manager for a senior tech writer role. Should I have data to back up a lot of my examples/experience?

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of data/numbers to use I just have a lot of anecdotal evidence.

I have got an email from a recruiter that she’ll be sending my CV to the hiring manager. Can someone please help me understand the recruiting process for S&O lead role? From a previous post, I understand that there will be following interviews:

What is the content of these interviews? What do they look for? How can I prepare? I don’t have much technology my background, so a little worried going into the interview. Any advice please?

He just got an offer from another company for an infra role but they need an answer in the next week. How do you guys suggest he push for a decision from his manager about the internal move. I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days.
