What platforms are you using to pin work on the virtual walls we’re now limited to? Anything good out there other than Pinterest for being able to review design from multiple teams at once?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?

I freelanced for an agency as an art director for 6 months and recently got hired FT. I am struggling with imposter syndrome on a daily basis but manage to get great feedback from the creative directors continuously but still feel the same way. I was put on a creative brainstorm and my ideas seemed so misaligned with everyone else's but the designs I did the client liked and I think we are moving forward with. Any other ADs feel like our roles are starting to become just glorified graphic designers? Nothing against GDs I started as one but wanted to move into art direction cause I wanted to come up with 360 campaigns and make tv spots not resize banners and and make IG story posts.
