What sets the US apart from China? I used to think it was free speech, but turns out there's a line in the sand. I used to think it was free markets, but turns out companies (e.g., big tech) need favorable gov. policy to survive: the DOJ could break up Google, a EO could tank Nvidia's stock. I used to think it was human rights, but that's less clear than ever. I feel disillusioned. Hopefully, there won't be any war, but if it happens, I don't know what values we'd be fighting to defend.

I have a photographer/ videographer on my team who is amazingly talented at executing the work, but he has no larger creative ideas or vision, and totally shuts down when we try to push him. Has anyone ever successfully grown someone like this or is it a lost cause?

1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.
