I'm sorry you're going through this! For me, some time away from the job really helped me. I took a leave of absence and spent three months reflecting on my life, values and priorities and ended up returning to the firm even though I had been really set on quitting before - although I now work at a slower pace than before and don't try to give everything anymore. I had a similar experience and actually left the firm for a while. The grass is not always greener, and we can always prioritize a little better.
After clearing your head, you discover how great a job it can be, albeit a demanding one.

You’re right: different situation. Get off the project or find a firm willing to allow you to grow through new experiences.
