What should I do in this situation? My LWD is next week and I have an offer from Capgemini. They are constantly asking me to join and they also scheduled few meeting with the client in this week as well. I got another offer which I feel is better but they havent shared OL yet. Capg is very invested in my joining and as my LWD is approaching I am feeling extremely guilty. Even if they match my other offers I dont want to join them. What should I do?

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
