Here lately its been about 4:30 AM. I don't even have to be at work until 7:30, but the older I get, the smaller my bladder gets. If I sleep in I could lose a good mattress, sadly.
Right around 6:00 most mornings. I get myself ready for the day, get the kids ready for school and out the door by 7:15, dropped off by 7:45, and that leaves me just enough time to grab coffee and get back across town to make it to the office by 8:45.
Rising Star
Do you get up earlier bc you have kids?
Varies from a 5-8am PT wake up. It depends on what meetings I have and the quantity of work I have for the day.
6:15am. Get myself ready then my daughter. Drop her off at school and get to the office a few minutes before 8am
8:30a if I don’t have to go into the office
3:30am to get a workout in before, on the desk by 5:30-6am (public markets on the west coast)
I've always been an early riser. Even when I was a teenager I would wake up around 7 or 8am. Now, I'm up by about 5 every morning, and by 6 or 7am on the weekends lol.
I aim for 5am but it’s usually 5:30-5:45am. I have two kids to get ready and to school before I start work at 830-9am.
Usually wake up around 6am. Earlier if I want to work out in the morning
Depends on if it is a work from home day. I make sure to check my schedule the day before to make sure I don’t have any early bird meetings.
