What to do if I am not enjoying working in IT job?

Anyone else dealing with anxiety around the uncertainty of continued remote work? We were so dysfunctional and unproductive in the office, the thought of going back is giving me nightmares.

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter? Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? When you receive multiple offers. Will you accept offer and then send email that you are not going to join that firm. Or when you receive the offer then only you will reject it by saying you have better role in other company and will not be joining you.
