Okay, recently I’ve learned calculating tax
In your case net inhand after pf deduction and professional tax is 24,35,750/12 = 2,02,980
For your net taxable income deductions, you’ll have already exhausted 80c (1.5 lac) with that much epf. You can have 50k standard deduction (sec-116). Not considering home loans and hra for exemption.
Net taxable income = 2385750
Now comes tax with 3 slabs and 4% cess
(S1)12500 + (s2) 1,00,000 + (s3) 4,15,725 = 5,28,225 +(cess) 21,129 = 5,49,354
Monthly tax - 45,780
Monthly inhand : net-tax = 2,02,980 - 45,780 = ₹1,57,200
You can reduce net taxable income with other exemptions and deductions, for now i’ve considered only 80c and sec-116. Rest calculations will remain the same.

As per me, the best formula for higher ctc is, (total CTC - 30%) / 12 = minimum in hand you will get per month.
