Hi people, Can you please help with in hand calculation from below. Below structure is little ambiguous, so not sure on calculation. As I understand from HR, all flexible components except for LTA (one month basic) and mediclaim (which is anyways null) can be taken as part of monthly in-hand.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.

Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev.
