Virtusa I recently got a job offer in virtusa. I read a lot of negative reviews about virtusa. Can someone through some light on whether i can join virtusa by ignoring all the negatives which includes horrible work life balance and no job security.
I also have an offer with CGI but they are paying 4 lakhs lesser than virtusa. This is giving me a lot of confusion. Help me through this please.

Work life balance in a service company is always a gamble. It always depends on the project you will be working, and what kind of people driving the project.
UK based clients are better than US.
Virtusa is evolving, you should go ahead with it.

WLB is purely based on the Project and your Client. It's nothing to do with the Company. Ask about your project details from the Virtusa HR/Manager. With the help of your connections, try to get some insights about the project WLB. This will give you an idea and you can decide based on this. This is the only way to find it I guess.

I'm just frustrated, fed up of my IT job. I have worked with two one of the biggest MNCs in India but nothing changed. Feeling is same everyday to get out of this mess but money is also important for survival. Corporate jobs are no bed of roses, struggle and anxiety is real and immense here.

Had my HR call with HCL Technologies 3 weeks ago and we agreed on a offer, the Hr said he will release the offer letter in one week. Since then they haven't communicated and not picking up the call. Has this happened to anyone as well?
