I am generally uncomfortable when I’m around my mother-in-law’s husband.

What's the qualifications and related experience required for getting into big 4 companies.. can anyone help. . I mean what are the profiles generally required..

Not sure what's going on in the name of BGV these days.
I mean companies ask for payslips, relieving letter and docs before rolling out the offer.
After that also, they are checking addresses ,calling references, sometimes asking again for documents, sometimes even bank statement.
Seriously I don't believe that a professional would be required to do this much anywhere outside India.
Gives me a really weird feeling.
Moreover its not just 1 company so many are having such scrutiny. Anyone else feels the same ?
