I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .
