I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

It will be 15% hike on existing LPA.
Plus the yearly increment right?
Standard is 15% on current

7.2lpa just add 15% that's your new salary post your SA promotion. Just that variable pay will be changed from 45k to 70K.Title will be changed so what salary you will be getting after SA many A levels are already getting it.You accept this or not but this is the truth.

15% is the standard & default promotion hike % for A to SA/SA to M.So whatever salary you are getting at A or SA level just we need 15% that will be your new salary post promotion.
