No non compete at your level is what’s reasonable. They’re mostly unenforceable anyway. Don’t bother signing it. If you must, keep it as broad as possible because then it won’t be enforceable. They have to be super specific and time bound to work.
The only firm I've heard of doing non-competes for junior staff is Trinity, and I think it's absolutely insane.

Completely agree with others here.
A non-complete is typically quite hard to enforce thus one for any level below leadership (i.e., selling projects to clients) is not necessary and should be attempted to negotiate out.
Trinity has a non-complete that they refuse to negotiate as far as I am aware.
As they’re based in Boston, it’s highly likely it’ll be unenforceable. That being said, definitely worth having an attorney look at it either way. For one of mine, my attorney said to sign it as it wouldn’t ultimately be enforceable.
