What's a major trap candidates fall for all of the time? Here's mine, those easy apply or one click apply buttons on LinkedIn are a trap. Hundreds of resumes get submitted through these, pretty much guaranteeing that no one will ever see their application.

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
