Thinking of quitting my FT job to go freelance, to provide more flexibility on where I live. I’ve gotten offers, but I’m always nervous to quit FT for a short term gig. What’s the best way to drum up work after that first one? And as a freelancer do you feel like you still get pieces for your book?

My coworker, who was my friend for a long time, has been lying to me, throwing me under the bus, and taking credit for my work and ideas. I have done more and worked harder than him but he was promoted. He failed a new client big time and I was asked to step in and save the relationship which I did in a big way. Why do I have to work so hard every day while he gets away with scraping by and plagiarizing? How do you deal with a coworker like that?

Quit my cushy job a few months ago because I was totally burnt out and mental health was shot. Thinking about quitting this industry all together - anyone else go through similar? Any advice? Thanks!
