I started a new account job at an agency. I’ve been here for about 2 months & I hate it. To put it simply, its an absolute mess. Does it look bad to other agencies if I jump ship after only 2 months?

I have a wee crush on one of the partners in my firm and I thought he liked me too, but neither of us did anything about it (which is entirely appropriate). That was all pre-Rona. Now I’m leaving the firm and pursuing another opportunity and staying in the same city. Since he’ll no longer be my boss, is there a way to find out if my feeling was correct?
