If they're able to maintain professionalism and provide quality care, I'd have no problem with it. But that stuff is way above my paygrade and probably why I'm in nursing instead of HR 🤷🏼♀️
i think it's possible! There are many pros to and it as well as possible cons. I think there has to be a lot of good communication and expectations laid out up front. However, most teams won't allow it.

I agree with you I have some couples who work with me and although to me it seems a little much when they are always together I don’t think that should be allowed

Should not be allowed on the same shift and one shouldn’t be the manager of the other
