Thank you!
I honestly don’t get it. People are whining after they take away a *bonus* for not complying with company policy. Literally any other industry on the planet no one would say anything.
I totally get not wanting RTO. So work at a firm that doesn’t have an RTO policy? Your boss wants you to do X and you don’t want to and the result is a haircut on a bonus and nothing more. Seems pretty good to me.
I heard the % being docked is minimal - like 5% or so (not sure about the exact %), and associates will get that money back if they show compliance by a certain date. Heard this applies to associates who literally chronically do not come to office (which violates the 3 days in-office requirement), or violate time keeping policies (missing time entries).
40% is not only due to timekeeping and office attendance, though. 40% dock is due to other reasons. Timekeeping and RTO alone is 5%.
