Do I need to wait 5 years before being able to waive into states to become licensed there, in case I want to leave my current state? How does that work?

Hi , I am fresher and assigned to .net stack as training but i have interest in designing stuff and want to shift to UI/UX design. I am currently attending google certified UX Design course from coursera and building my portfolio. How it will be possible to switch after 1.5 yrs as UI/UX designer if i have some different background. And currently I am working on OutSystems 11 for global clients.

How bad does it look to future employers for an experienced attorney (15+ years) who is pivoting into a different practice area and looking to lateral after only having been at their current/first job for 4-5 months in the new practice area? I've been told by a recruiter that it's not a deal breaker because of my experience level. But many colleagues have suggested I remain where I'm at (miserable and unappreciated - just took a $20k pay cut) for at least a year.

I have put my resignation on 15th Feb, and since then, only my RM has contacted me.
Everyone already knew that I had a better offer, and my director said that matching that offer would not be possible.
Even then, they gave me the best rating ( DP), and after I got my rating, I resigned.
As of yet, HR and Director have not approached me, and my RM just asked for a confirmation, if I am sure.
Generally, when is the L2 lead and HR start their conversions, and will they match the offer I have now?

Over a week ago my long distance (ex)bf (US) and I (NL) broke up. I was ready to move to US for him and get married; he’d never want to move to NL. I couldn’t accept that: I needed to know it could still be an option to live in NL in the future, if that became necessary due to my family situation. He ruled it out because pay is lower here, though we’d still be super comfortable financially (top 1-5%). Is money the key driver in such decisions, even in consulting? Did I do right by breaking up?
