I have warned this so early, it has been discussed so many times at leadership. Carelon has a plan to have just the claim and associated functions here after.
Who knows what happens next at the new company which they have moved to?

So if the employees under transit use this time period and offer from Deloitte or UST and switch to any third firm before 1st April it would be a win win situation for them and save them for future layoffs
For the employees left at Carelon in IT it’s time to jump the ship
Exactly, they have planned already to keep just claims functions. It's a known and expected failure from the carelon.
