I have joined Accenture 2019 July as SSE. Currently in 2022 , YOE:7 Last 3 years not yet promoted to TL ( Level 9) . Year 2019 Dec: Very Minimal Hike as I was a new joiners Year 2020 : around 15% hike on Fixed Sal Year 2021 : around 13% hike on Fixed sal Year 2022 : June - Mid Year hike 5% Requested for TL Promotion. is there any chance of getting TL in December End 2022. In legato, the culture is like "we have to eat bannana but shouldn't peel it by you. Somebody has to peel then only you have to eat."
Here that's how the process are defined from US to India, Always they will say it's Health data , offshore shouldn't have access, without data access we cannot proceed further in development most of the time.
WLB is good nowadays days in most of the projects because no proper projects to learn as most of the work did earlier and now no new development.
Keeping all these constraints in mind, a senior software guy with 6-9 yrs exp cannot stay more than 1 - 1.5 yrs here or so.

Legato is good. Not sure about Luxoft.
How much you have been offered?
But, I am getting lot of negative reviews about Legato in terms of work-life balance and job security that too in the ETL space. It also involves long working hours with micromanagement and there is no proper internal processes defined. Is this all true? I wanted to get a working experience in a Product Company but with such negative reviews, I am kind of evaluating my decision. Any help here will be highly appreciated.

I am into same role and did not find or heard any such scenarios so far. At Lead level, yes there might be some challanges with wlb but that too differ from project to project. I know few people who are into same role and similar exp around 8 to 9yrs with chill work life balance.
Coming back to Job security, I do not see such concern.
One thing which I do not like here is work distribution due to access issue. So, your most of work will be dependent on Onshore lead and you might have to stretch during US hours.
