I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us.
