McKinsey & Company I did my final round with McKinsey today, and I I received a rejection call from the partner today. However, he said I did really great and wants to keep in touch with me. He also mentioned that I should reapply in 6 months. Does anyone have any similar experience? Do I have a better chance if I reapply next time?McKinsey & Company

BCG PL1: $225,400 base, all in comp between $310-$370k
PL2: $232,300 base, all in comp between $330-$410k.
I’m a PL2 here atm. All in comp includes bonus and profit sharing contribution to retirement (deposited directly in to Vanguard)

My data is a couple years old but believe project leaders at BCG are around 300k all in for average performance and 370ish for top performance
Range is about right
Thank you all for sharing. Feels like Strategy& has similar comp.
MBB is not all about the money. Agree that pay is similar at A&, A&M, etc.
SM1: $222K base, $360-401K all-in
SM2: $237K base, $388-434K all-in
SM3: $247K base, $407-456K all-in
I’m not aligned to PEG, but from what I am seeing things have picked back up in that practice. Given its importance to Bain, I would have to imagine these teams would grow as well
