What’s the best strategy to go from Contingent Worker/Contractor to FTE at Facebook (Meta) ???? Currently a Contingent Worker on a 6month contract, I would love to get converted but I am unsure if that is a realistic goal or not. Any advice is welcome!!!

How would someone coming from mostly retail wireless sales get into the tech sales industry? I have been a top performer in every sales job that I have had since I started my career almost 10 years ago.
