Dentist. Neighbor literally works three days a week and still pulls 115k. This is actually pretty low for a dentist, but he's mastered the balance of minimal effort to having enough comp to live fairly comfortably.

That takes quite a few more years of college though...and from what I can see from my sister and other doctors, you're going into crazy debt to get there and don't start really working until you're like 30. And you work your ass off in school too. Maybe dentist is slightly easier, but I'd bet it still takes a lot of hard work and commitment which OP doesn't want lol

Are they working on creating a products and up selling to their current clients? Curious if working their tech teams provide a good exposure to the client or is it just going to be backend platform work with out any client exposure.

Appreciate the input.

Why is Deloitte giving Iphones to people and what is this well being program? Can anyone explain.
Also, does it apply to Deloitte India(not USI) employees? Thinking of joining Deloitte India in feb in consulting service line.

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

What are the chances that they'll revise the offer?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
