Are health/pharma agencies hiring??
Can someone kindly connect me with Investment Banking HR/Recruiter/anyone willing to help? My friend interviewed for Goldman Sachs NY. Cleared the HireVue but didn’t get any communication further. It’s been 4 weeks now. Although the referral came from a VO but the division is different. My friend is looking for Investment Banking division. Need to get in touch with someone from investment banking to push the resume. The rolling process is hurting the chances.Thank you Goldman Sachs

It’s not a stable practice..

Wouldn’t join now If your job is stable
Would you be joining as a senior manager? If so, my concern for any niche offering would be that you’d be joining to help sell Google Cloud Analytics (or any other practice’s offering) because nobody in the practice actually understands what it does or how to sell it.
In that case, it’s hard for you to sell any work because it’ll take time to learn the firm’s mechanics. On top of that, you need to carry the weight of other senior managers who can’t be bothered to learn the offering and just want to manage the client relationship.
I know that team and overall practice well and agree with the points and concerns raised by SM OP. If you like sales you will be good. If you are a delivery type architect (which is what looks like with reference to delivery of 2 large implementations) then its hit or miss. And if you want to make PMD it will be at least 3-4 yrs (likely MD) if you hit the ground running right away. If you have network of PMDs already at D it will help otherwise its uphill

No one here is going to be able to tell you concretely how A&C is doing. Even if they do, there's no way to predict if you would or wouldn't be let go. You should make this call based on pros and cons from your perspective about staying VS leaving.
