What’s the rule on putting internships on the resume you submit to b-schools? Only if 2-4 years of undergrad?

I put one internship on my resume and it was summer between junior and senior year of college. It turned into a full time offer so I wanted to show that. Also I had 2 full time jobs when I applied so needed to fill up the resume space.

3 years out and I have all my internships still as single lines on my resume: no descriptions. Definitely feel free to include them if you’re proud of them, but I think after 2 years you can leave them out if you like

How many married professionals with young families are just sticking it out “for the kids”? Marriage is very dead and has been for a while. Young kids 4 and 1. My wife and I don’t fight, but share 0 interests outside of the kids and can’t stand to be around each other. I’m so ready to leave… I just can’t bear the thought of doing it to my children even though another part of me feels like wife and I would both be better parents if our lives were separate. Anyone else done a similar analysis?

How does PE portfolio ops compare to MC, SC, or advisory as far as the work and pay? I was reached out to by a recruiter who explained it as internal consulting for portfolio companies. Starting salary was high, I’m wondering what top end salary is and if it is a good alternative to Big 4/ Tier2 or MBB?

20 year road warrior here. My wife & I made it work through teamwork & commitment. My weekends were spent at home. Doing family things.

I know a guy who (pre COVID) traveled every week, yet found time to do 200 mile weekend biking trips with his ‘crew’. Almost every weekend.

His family vacations always seemed to include a 500 mile bike race or some other extreme event.

He is now doing this in Europe (according to IG).
