White watch Wednesday. Loving this look!

Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
Is this the week I get laid off?
My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Bain & Company Hi all, would anyone here be willing to help with a referral to McKinsey, Bain, or BCG?
I’ve been with Accenture Strategy now for a year and am looking to transition firms. Would prefer Texas offices if possible, but am open to all locations!
Happy to chat about my reasons for moving or prior work experience over DM/phone if it would be helpful.

On it boss
If it helps you focus better at work: life is easier if you’re rich during times of crisis. Remember expensive toilet paper.

Stop watching the news so much, they make money on you being scared.

I think humans overvalue how important they are. The climate will change, we will adapt.

My argument was that humans already suffer and there are much larger pereptrators than climate change. Never claimed all people will be fine with climate change but holistically the species will survive. But feel free to go to your bunker while I enjoy my waterfront property.
I’ve realized that I have zero interest in my current role and am trying to pivot to doing something humanitarian and with social impact. I think a lot of people feel this way.

You might be right, but do you really think climate change is exaggerated?
SA1, I think it's important to consider what you mean by worst case. I don't forsee a giant fire tornado wiping out the continental USA, but I think rising sea levels and increased temperatures will absolutely affect ecosystems and kill/harm people who don't have the means to adapt, and this will again be more deadly overall than scary things that keep people up at night. I'm sure you can read various scenarios in the link someone posted, it's absolutely not my field of expertise.
D1, as a phd scientist myself I would never make claims about my field as strong as those that alarmists have made over the years. I can absolutely dismiss their claims about events that were supposedly set to occur years ago and did not. It lessens people's trust in scientists when people make such statements. Furthermore, most of the time it is not scientists making those claims, it's politicians and media figures, scientists typically know better.

Not a terrible idea D1
We either die before it happens, or die because it does. Either way, the end result is the same, dead. Why worry about something you as an individual can’t really control or impact unless you have vast wealth or impact
Buckle up, it’s only going to get worse..
