What’s the typical timeline between an on-site interview with multiple members to receiving feedback? Recruiter has been very responsive until after my on-site happened two weeks ago, when I was told I would hear back within the next week or so. I understand things drag on for eternity at Google but would be nice to at least know if I didn’t pass 🥲

Trying to apply for another position at the same company but my boss told me explicitly that if they find out people on our team are looking for other jobs, they will stop giving that person raises, promotions, bonuses, & access to opportunities. I had an interview today and interviewer asked me if I had an offer and I said yes then she asked why are you not accepting that. And I said that as it is a startup and earlier I worked on a startup and it went down so there is no job security and the second thing I added was that they are offering less than my expectations.
