How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. As far as I know the new ascendas office is mokka building like any other it cmpy. Don't expect it to be world trade center level. It's basic one.

Being said, there are just very 'few' members for Chennai location and apparently don't have their team members from Chennai, I thought it'd be amazing to have a meet up - for making friends, and network so we feel less lonely. Any thoughts and suggestions?
