I bought a flat, but it didn't come with 4 wheeler parking, so I had to park on the street outside the apartment. However, the builder still has three closed parking spaces available. Could anyone recommend a negotiated price or a percentage off the flat rate for covered parking?

I know I wasn’t clear.
I’ve been on this app for years and have always appreciated that it was just people talking about real things, not trying to curate content & gain followers and sell stuff & copy/paste the same thing someone else just posted.
it seems to be getting more and more filled with these users that don’t seem like real users, not authentic content, just reposting over and over, and honestly like they’re getting paid to do so.
It makes the app a lot less attractive to me which disappoints me since it’s really the only one I consistently enjoy….so I was wondering if others saw this user and agreed.
Ohh, well I appreciate the clarification. I think that I completely understand where you are coming from! The fact that you were one of the originals is probably why you are feeling that disappointment. But, the way of the world is changing and developing as we speak. I think if you are looking for more content in that space you should create it. You are most definitely not the only one that feels that way.
What is the problem? I don’t understand the point of this post to be honest.

Yeah this is leading to a lot of shitty posts because people are getting paid per post and comments. I’m in another bowl where it’s just inundated with “happy Monday” “it’s Wednesday!” “Happy Friday!” Because people get $ for each post. 🙄
