Customers pay money for your product

When your customer acquisition costs decrease and stabilize and customer LTV to CAC is somewhere near 3:1 or trending in that direction. Basically if the product or service hits that sweet spot in the market and you have a good growth strategy those costs scale since the particular market wants what your selling enough to continually purchase without massive marketing spend to attain or keep them.
The main thing is to make sure you’re analyzing your target market’s purchasing habits and adjusting with the information you learn to refine who’s buying what you’re selling and any trends or similarities. You can then focus more on those folks to optimize marketing and ad spend

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.
I'm speaking about life, in a broad sense, which also include work life, but it is not limited to that.

Looking for any kind of suggestion to improve my leadership: books, experiences, attitudes, daily-routine, ...

Thank you!

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

I’m currently an LLC and looking to assemble an equity deal with an advisor. I don’t know how to set it up with him where he gets his equity in the future when we restructure the entity to a c/s Corp and give out his shares. It doesn’t make sense for us to switch now and get double taxed when we haven’t lifted off the ground. This is pre launch. Any advice?

Don’t get scammed. I saw an ad for vending machines that dispense hot coffee, from The Caffeine Dream. Sounds like a cool idea, and they offered placement of the machines for a one time fee. but I asked this “Chris Mateli” where. He was evasive at first and was rude when I had someone with my company call to ask. Eventually he gave me the locations before buying the machines which, of course, I couldn’t verify for placement. They had no idea about these machines because they never ordered them.

What's the best no-code or low-code platform for me to build out my startup idea? It would be a website/app that allows users to upload pictures of items and post a one-time review, and allows others to like/dislike the item. They would be rewarded for each item they review. It's not a Shopify since there's no items sold, just verified reviews.

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!
