My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

What happens if I change firms before filing i-485 (before it is pending for more than 6 months)? Do I need to apply for eb2 or eb1 again?

I just put in my notice at my company for a new job that only cleared level 1 wages (and certainly wouldn’t clear whatever 45th percentile is). Haven’t filed the transfer yet. How screwed am I? Should I ask my new job to file the transfer without premium processing in the hopes that the new DOL wage rule gets struck down by the time my transfer is processed?
