I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

You wanted to ask in-hand but due to the fear of getting trolled, you framed your first question which doesn't make any sense.
People generally ask how much salary can one expect with so and so YOE and here you are asking the opposite😂
Tejaswi log...😎
😂
You already got all the dream responses. Here is an average one;
This could be your package after 10-11 YOE, if this is your first switch from a service based company.
My advice would would be don't think about these things, don't ask these questions, don't compare and don't race. It's better you enjoy ur experiences and focus on learnings and feel content😉.
Average response is not at all average. Cheers to you 😊
There isn't a fixed answer for this I know people who have 8 yoe and get 30lpa and people who have same experience with just 15 to 20 lpa.. so it totally depends on your skillset , work and networking (atleast in big 4)
💯 correct I have got 27 with just 6 years of experience
Take home will be 1.06 lakh
Calculated using new tax regime (zero investment)
Your net taxable income is 1713600.
Tax for that is 261643 per year .
Per month tax is 21803 .
Epf + pf = 14400
So total deductions = 21803+14400= 36203
In hand salary =142,800-36203 = 106,597
It'll be your starting package or even more in FAANG if you're good enough 😂😂
1.5 -3 year of experience and depend on your skill set also.
Take home will be around 1.2
3-4 years. In hand would be about 1.3 L.
Pro
1-2 years...if you are from top colleges
You are an analyst right then I guess 3-4 yoe and in-hand could be 1.3L
Take home will be 1.13 lakh
Whoever can calculate then please can u tell me what will will be the take home salary for 20LPA fixed
I think this is ey offer. ACN se EY will make you cry .. telling from personal exp.

How about deloitte usi ??
Your take-home salary with old tax regime will come around based on your tax declaration
1. Standard deduction - 50k
2. 80C - 1.5 lakh
3. 80D - you can take max 50k for parents and 25k for yourself and spouse, children.
4. Including allowance
After taking all the above consideration you can calculate your take home salary.
I am also getting same salary and my take home is 1.27 lakh
