Call your manager, text your MD
Rising Star
Lol why text my MD?
We usually have biweekly meetings (just not one in a good notice timeframe) so it's normal to have a call with my MD for whatever.
Depends on your current relationship within the practice as well as the people you'd want to continue having a good rapport going forward. I emailed my MD/Partner mentioning the offer. Got a call immediately. Lol. Then from another 4-5 managers who haven't spoken to me in years
They offered to come close in terms of comp but didn't offer a title bump, so i didn't negotiate further. I said thanks, but no thanks and left.
Do you think they will really care? Just file the paperwork with HR and move on
Whenever you leave a job.. it is extremely important you leave a good personal impression behind. At the end of the day it is about your brand. .. I would recommend you send a note requesting time to talk about your career decision. They will understand what it is and then share with them what you want to share.. thank them for what they have done for you
Then share with HR..
