When riding alone in an Uber, anyone ever gotten in the front passenger seat and not the back (or known someone who did)?

When I'm headed out for the night and feeling social/talkative. Work wise I sit in the back and wallow in self pity

like

I get in the front seat when it's the same sex person driving who is being friendly and I am not working. They usually move the seat all the way up or put stuff on it if they don't want you to sit there

like

I always get in the front seat. I feel like the driver feels more respected when the passenger sits in the front like a friend, unlike a traditional chauffeur (even though that's technically their job.)

like

I do it often

like

I do it all the time. More comfortable riding shotgun unless it's a suv

Drivers used to ask to sit up front in cities where ride sharing was not yet legal/under scrutiny

I do in places I know the traffic is shit, otherwise I get a bit of motion sickness in the back because of the quick braking

I always sit in the back

I feel guilty sitting in the back, especially after this one guy actually asked me to... Saying a tht it makes him feel like a chauffeur which he is not and he does this to make Frds 🤐🤐😳😳😳

In case anyone is looking to get into product management, I came across this image which shows some books you could read to get into the role.

P.S: I saw this on Linkedin posted by Dr Milan Milanovic. So all credits to him!

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
